1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "9ajilli," "We," "Us," "Our" refers to the 9ajilli platform, accessible at https://9ajilli.net, and the operating entity responsible for its management and services.
• "Player," "You," "Your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the 9ajilli platform or accesses any of its services.
• "Account" means the personal player account created upon successful registration on 9ajilli.
• "Platform" means the 9ajilli website, mobile-optimized browser interface, and all associated services, games, and features offered at https://9ajilli.net.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held within a player's 9ajilli account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.

3. Eligibility

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law or the law of your jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration

To access real-money games on 9ajilli, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as required by the registration form. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 9ajilli. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. 9ajilli uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed without notice. Balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal, or at any point 9ajilli deems necessary for compliance purposes, we may require you to complete identity verification by submitting one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, UMID), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9ajilli Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 9ajilli will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact 9ajilli support immediately at [email protected].

4.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 9ajilli account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds being forfeited. 9ajilli also reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 9ajilli are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 9ajilli supports a range of Filipino payment methods including GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ.

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at 9ajilli is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from your payment provider. 9ajilli does not charge fees on deposits, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. You must only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to your verified payment method only. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Processing times are as follows:

• GCash / Maya: Typically 5 to 30 minutes after approval.
• InstaPay / PesoNet: Same business day, subject to banking cut-off times.
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank: 1 to 3 business days.

9ajilli reserves the right to request KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held pending verification. Withdrawals are processed during standard business hours; requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for the next available processing window.

5.3 Refused Transactions

9ajilli reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or void any deposit or withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 9ajilli may freeze the account pending investigation and report the matter to relevant authorities, including PAGCOR, as required by Philippine law.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

9ajilli offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion description.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. If you attempt to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus funds and any winnings generated solely from those bonus funds will be forfeited.

6.2 Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games, certain table games, and jackpot slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution percentage for each game category is specified in the applicable promotion terms. Baccarat and Teen Patti 20-20 may have reduced contribution rates toward standard bonus wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

9ajilli employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, exploiting game mechanics to guarantee low-risk completion of wagering requirements, or placing opposing bets across accounts to meet wagering requirements without genuine play risk. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus funds and derived winnings voided, and their account may be permanently suspended.

6.4 Promotion Validity

All bonuses have an expiry period as stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and free spins not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account. 9ajilli reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that doing so does not unfairly impact players who have already claimed and begun using the relevant promotion.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 9ajilli platform — including slots, live baccarat, Teen Patti 20-20, bingo, Dragon Tiger, roulette, and all other titles — are governed by individual game rules provided within the game interface. In case of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules specifically address the matter in question.

9ajilli uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party providers for all non-live games. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from verified studios. 9ajilli does not alter game outcomes and has no ability to do so within the certified game environments provided by its suppliers.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including but not limited to server disconnections, power failures, or software errors — 9ajilli's system logs shall be the definitive record for resolving any dispute about game outcomes. Bets placed during a verified technical malfunction may be voided at 9ajilli's discretion, with the relevant stake returned to the player's balance.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9ajilli platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to applicable regulatory authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with any game or the platform interface.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials or unauthorized use of another person's account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit any software vulnerability on the 9ajilli platform.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or criminal activity.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or country of residence during registration or KYC.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation during verification.
• Engaging in any conduct that 9ajilli, in its reasonable discretion, determines to be harmful to the platform, its reputation, or other players.

9. Responsible Gaming

9ajilli is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We provide a range of tools within every player account to help you stay in control of your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account dashboard.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from 9ajilli for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 9ajilli platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 9ajilli.

The 9ajilli name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of 9ajilli. Unauthorized use of any 9ajilli trademark or branding material is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under Philippine and international law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9ajilli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, network failure, or server error beyond 9ajilli's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own failure to protect your credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game.
• Any delay in processing withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses arising from your decision to gamble, including any addiction-related financial losses.

In any event, 9ajilli's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

12. Privacy & Data

9ajilli collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account on 9ajilli, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9ajilli will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, game suppliers, and regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR) as required to operate the platform and comply with applicable Philippine law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal or regulatory proceeding, you agree to first contact 9ajilli's support team to attempt resolution in good faith. 9ajilli commits to investigating all complaints fairly and providing a written response within a reasonable timeframe. If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct contact, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or another applicable regulatory authority.
